This study presents a new electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor that specifically and sensitively detects β-amyloid oligomers (AβOs), a promising biomarker for Alzheimer’s disease (AD), by utilizing a PdPtB nanoenhancer and SiC@Au-PEDOT nanowires for modification of the glassy carbon electrode, demonstrating a favorable linear range of 20 pM to 20 nM and a detection limit of 10 pM, offering a promising strategy for early AD diagnosis.
