This study found that healthcare inequities, lack of culturally sensitive information, and distrust in the healthcare system contribute to late presentation of uterine cancer symptoms in Black ethnic minority women in the UK, highlighting the need for culturally sensitive strategies to promote informed decision-making and accurate health knowledge dissemination.
