This study found that patients with early gastric cancer who undergo endoscopic submucosal dissection have a high risk of developing synchronous multiple gastric neoplasms, which have a significant positive correlation in pathological stage and depth of infiltration, as well as similar spatial distribution and gastroscopic morphology.
