Patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis who reach minimal clinically important difference (MCID) after lumbar fusion surgery show improved postoperative spinopelvic alignment, with higher changes in sacral slope (∆SLL) and higher postoperative sacral slope (post-op SS) being critical predictors of MCID achievement.
