This study identified five distinct patterns of combined triglyceride-glucose levels and lifestyle scores, and found that higher triglyceride-glucose levels are associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease even with healthier lifestyles, highlighting the importance of evaluating and reducing triglyceride-glucose levels for cardiovascular disease prevention.
