“Relationship Between Residual Pockets, Grade C Periodontitis, and Tooth Loss in a Retrospective Study of 168 Patients”

This retrospective study of 168 patients found that the presence of residual pockets ≥5mm in more than 15% of sites and grade C periodontitis were associated with an increased risk of tooth loss due to periodontitis, with grading showing the best predictive capability.
