A new classification system, “TAC-F-R,” for selecting safer cases in transradial access hepatic interventional radiology (R.A.V.I.) has been proposed, which classifies the location of the left subclavian artery bifurcation in the aortic arch and reduces the risk of neurogenic dysfunction.
