This study used bioinformatics analyses and experimental validation to identify two subtypes of low-grade glioma (LGG) with distinct immune characteristics, prognosis, and responses to immunotherapy and targeted drugs, and constructed a phagocytosis-related prognostic signature to estimate the risk level of each LGG sample.
