This study directly visualized and quantified the biodistribution of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) in tumors, finding that bystander activity of ADCs can enhance tumor penetration when co-administered with parental antibodies, leading to a phase I/II clinical study in malignant stomach cancer patients.
