The combination of high-frequency and low-voltage bipolar electroporation pulses (CBPs) enhances tumor ablation effect, as shown by increased cytotoxicity in cell suspension experiments and larger connected ablation area in 3-D tumor mimic experiments, suggesting that this proposed generator may be a useful tool for tumor ablation.
