This study identified three classes of multimorbidity patterns in Chilean adults which were associated with differing risks of all-cause mortality, with Class 2 (depression/cardiovascular disease/cancer) and Class 3 (hypertension/chronic kidney disease) showing 45% and 98% higher mortality risks, respectively, compared to the healthiest class.
