This study found that using amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs) through spray drying can improve the solubility and stability of a model PROTAC, a promising class of pharmaceutical agents, by creating a homogeneous, molecular distribution of the active pharmaceutical ingredient in a polymer matrix and enhancing wettability.
