This study used UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS/MS to identify and characterize the metabolites of luteolin and kaempferol, two major flavonoids in Simiao Yong’an Decoction, in rat plasma, urine, and feces, revealing their metabolic pathways and providing a reference for understanding the metabolic process of other flavonoids in the decoction.
