This abstract reports a case of supraglottic laryngeal hamartoma in a child and reviews 12 similar cases from the literature, discussing the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of laryngeal hamartoma to improve understanding and diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
