The Magnet Anastomosis System used for side-to-side duodeno-ileostomy in adults with severe obesity showed feasibility, safety, and effectiveness in early outcomes, with no device-related adverse events and significant weight loss in both groups who had undergone prior or concurrent sleeve gastrectomy.
