A photobioreactor treating undiluted vegetable waste digestate with a consortium of microalgae, cyanobacteria, and bacteria demonstrates high removal rates for nitrogen, soluble COD, and phosphates, with Desmonostoc sp. cyanobacteria, Tetradesmus obliquus green algae, Rhodanobacteraceae, and Planococcaceae bacteria becoming dominant.
