“SiRNA Inhibits H. pylori Urease Enzyme Activity by Reducing ureB and cagA Virulence Factors: A Promising Anti-H. pylori Strategy”

This study found that using siRNA to reduce the expression of ureB and cagA virulence factors in Helicobacter pylori strain SS1 inhibited urease enzyme activity and may be a promising strategy for developing RNAi-based anti-H. pylori therapies.
