This study is a 12-week randomized clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of low-load resistance exercise combined with blood flow restriction (LRE-BFR) compared to conventional-load resistance exercise (CRE) in improving body composition, muscle strength, physical performance, haematological parameters, cardiovascular disease risk factors, and quality of life in Chinese community-dwelling older people with sarcopenic obesity.
