This study found that oral anticoagulants, particularly direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs), have a positive net clinical benefit in Asian patients with atrial fibrillation who have a CHA2DS2-VASc score of 3 or more, with a more positive benefit in female patients compared to male patients.
