This study found that patients with chronic pharyngitis in Suzhou, China have inadequate knowledge, positive attitudes, and suboptimal practices toward laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR), with education, family history of chronic pharyngitis, and experience of reflux symptoms influencing their knowledge, attitudes, and practices.
