Human skin cells exposed to 5G radiofrequency fields show reduced mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (ROS) concentration and slightly enhanced effects of UV-B radiation in keratinocytes, indicating that 5G signals may impact the response of skin cells to environmental stressors.
