A network meta-analysis found that MI, compound glycyrrhizin, and polyene phosphatidylcholine may be the most effective interventions for reducing alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and total bilirubin levels, respectively, in patients with drug-induced liver injury, while placebo has the least adverse reactions.
