This study developed and analyzed the psychometric properties of a questionnaire for evaluating a pediatric interprofessional training ward, finding that exploratory factor analyses revealed three distinct factors, and highlighted the challenge of performing high-quality, theory-based evaluation in a work-based setting, as well as the opportunity of focusing on learning facilitators and staff on wards to ensure maximum learning output for participants.
