In patients with anti-Jo1 Antisynthetase Syndrome and interstitial lung disease, the presence of anti-Jo1 autoantibodies is associated with a low abundance of Veillonella in the lung microbiome, which negatively correlates with the percentage of macrophages and positively correlates with eosinophils, lymphocytes, and Prevotella abundance, potentially contributing to lung damage mechanisms.
