This study found that imaging artifacts are common in ultrawide-field swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA) scans of diabetic retinopathy patients, with 98.57% of eyes presenting at least one type of artifact, and DR severity being the most important factor influencing artifact scores.
