“Glycosylated Non-Coding RNA Y5 Does Not Induce Interferon Response in Human Foreskin Fibroblasts”

This study reports the identification and characterization of simple glycans (lactose and sialyllactose) attached to a short non-coding RNA, Y5 RNA mimics, and finds that glycosylation of this RNA does not trigger an interferon response in human foreskin fibroblasts.
