This study used fluorescent microspheres to analyze the flow pattern in unconventional outflow (uveoscleral outflow) in mouse eyes and found that it is segmental and unrelated to trabecular outflow, with four different outflow patterns observed, which could inform future studies on the best location for drainage devices and drug delivery.
