This abstract reports a series of 7 cases of a rare but distinctive subtype of tumor called melanotic PEComa, which contains both smooth muscle and melanocytic differentiation, occurs in various anatomic locations with a wide age range, and shows mostly indolent behavior, except for one case with SFPQ::TFEB fusion that metastasized and led to death 9 months after diagnosis.
