“Bias-Corrected and Accelerated Approach Recommended for Reliable Confidence Intervals in Comparing Dissolution Profiles of Highly Variable Data”

This study found that using the bias corrected and accelerated (BCa) approach with R-software or JMP can provide more reliable lower percentile confidence intervals when comparing dissolution profiles of highly variable data, and recommended their use for regulatory submissions to increase the probability of similarity acceptance.
