This study validated the Etiology Beliefs about Sexual and Gender Minority Youth (EB-SGM) scale, which measures adults’ beliefs about the biological or environmental causes of SGM identity, and found it to be a psychometrically sound instrument with potential for use in enhancing pediatric healthcare providers’ SGM training.
