The study found that adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) who were prescribed vortioxetine in a real-world clinical practice setting showed improvement in depressive symptoms, including anxiety, sexual dysfunction, sleep disturbance, cognitive function, work/social functioning, and appetite, despite having multiple comorbid psychiatric and physical diagnoses and previous antidepressant treatment failures.
