This study analyzed published and seven new cases of cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation (CAA-RI) to identify factors that could improve diagnosis or predict/influence prognosis, finding that cerebrospinal fluid pleocytosis may indicate a decreased probability of clinical improvement and longer-term positive outcomes.
