This study used in silico analysis to predict that a recombinant human papillomavirus vaccine based on L1 protein HPV subtype 45 has the potential to bind to high-frequency HLA-1 and 2 alleles in both general and Western Javanese populations, and could therefore elicit T cell-mediated responses.
