This study found that CBDA concentrations in juvenile cynomolgus macaques were significantly higher than CBD concentrations after oral administration of CBD/CBDA-rich hemp oil, but the doses used may not be sufficient for a therapeutic effect, and further clinical studies are needed to determine the optimal dose.
