“One Year of Occlusion Therapy Does Not Alter Foveal Avascular Zone Area in Saudi Children with Strabismic or Anisometropic Amblyopia”

This cohort study of Saudi children with strabismic or anisometropic amblyopia found that one year of occlusion therapy did not significantly alter foveal avascular zone (FAZ) area, but amblyopic eyes showed a larger reduction in FAZ perimeter compared to fellow eyes, although not statistically significant.
