In a retrospective study of asthmatic patients at a tertiary care hospital in Pakistan, over 50% of those diagnosed with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) had bronchiectasis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the most common bacterial pathogen found.
