This study found that endoscopic ultrasound-guided fiducial marker placement (EUS-FMP) is feasible and can assist in perioperative detection of resectable pancreatic tumors, suggesting that preloaded fiducials may be considered for placement at the time of initial referral for EUS-fine needle biopsy.
