This systematic review and meta-analysis found that among glioblastoma patients who required ventriculoperitoneal shunting (VPS) for hydrocephalus after surgery, 78% showed symptom improvement and 24% underwent revision surgery, with a median survival time of 7.3 months after VPS surgery.
