A teenager in Morocco was found to have a rare case of tuberculosis in her pituitary gland that was only discovered after she experienced symptoms of polyuria, polydipsia, and menstrual irregularity, and underwent transsphenoidal surgery for histopathological diagnosis and removal of the lesion.
