“Stigma Reduction Interventions Increase Help-Seeking Behavior and Reduce Symptom Severity in University Students: A 2019-2021 Randomized Controlled Trial”

This 2019-2021 randomized controlled trial found that stigma reduction interventions significantly increased help-seeking behaviors in university students, even during the pandemic, and were associated with less severe symptomatology up to 22 months after the intervention.
