The study finds that cross polarization from dipolar-order under magic angle spinning (ADRF-CPMAS NMR experiment) can, in some instances, exceed the efficiency of an optimized Hartmann-Hahn cross polarization (HH-CPMAS) transfer for enhancing the signals from low-γ, insensitive (I) nuclei in solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance.
