The study found that posttransplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) with tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis was safe and effective in both HLA-matched and HLA 1-2 allele mismatched peripheral blood stem cell transplantation, resulting in low rates of acute and chronic GVHD and high survival rates.
