“Norepinephrine May Be Effective for Antipsychotic-Induced Refractory Hypotension and Coronary Artery Spasms: A Case Report”

This abstract reports a case of refractory hypotension and coronary artery spasms induced by antipsychotic drugs, and suggests that norepinephrine may be more effective than other pressor-boosting medications in correcting difficult-to-treat hypoperfusion in such cases.
