This abstract reports a rare case of an Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor (IMT) in the upper arm with brachial artery involvement, highlighting the importance of radiological characteristics and pathology in diagnosis, and expanding the understanding of its imaging features and differential diagnosis of limb neoplasm.
