This study developed a stable, pH-responsive Lipiodol Pickering emulsion loaded with lipoxygenase and hemin, which can act as a self-fueling microreactor to induce ferroptosis in cancer cells and suppress hepatocellular carcinoma progression, demonstrating a potential strategy for transarterial ferro-embolization therapy.
