This study determined that the optimal kinematic spray parameters for low-pressure cold spray additive manufacturing of Cu+Al2O3 powder onto an aluminum substrate are a nitrogen pressure of 0.9 MPa and a temperature of 400°C, yielding a high deposition rate without nozzle clogging.
