This study found that sexual and/or gender minority women living with HIV in Metro Vancouver, Canada are more likely to experience poor treatment by health professionals and have difficulty accessing health services compared to their non-minority counterparts, highlighting the need for inclusive, affirming, and tailored healthcare services for this population.
