This study found that endometrial cancer survivors face barriers such as time, cost, and pessimism about weight loss maintenance in participating in lifestyle interventions, but facilitators such as connecting with other survivors and focusing on health can encourage participation, and many survivors are not meeting exercise guidelines and have worsened behaviors and mental health following the COVID-19 pandemic.
