The abstract reports the results of a randomized controlled trial which found that Kuanxiong Aerosol (KXA) relieves prehospital chest pain faster and has a better remission effect on prehospital chest pain than Nitroglycerin Aerosol (NA) in the short-term, but both KXA and NA showed similar efficacy on the improvement of prehospital chest pain in the long-term, and both were found to be safe and reliable therapies for prehospital chest pain.
